The ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting Wednesday, Sept. 12. The Board is scheduled to convene at 2 p.m. in the George Urban Board of Trustees Conference Room, which is located on the second floor of University Library.
Trustees will retire into executive session from 8-10 a.m. in the Urban Conference Room to consider specific topics as provided for under Ohio’s “Sunshine Law.â€
September is National Suicide Prevention Month. Monday, Sept. 10, is World Suicide Prevention Day.
University Health Services at ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø will hold a Mental Health Festival on Sept. 11 from 2-5 p.m. on Risman Plaza. Students will have an opportunity to interact and collect information on the mental health resources that ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø offers. They can enjoy free refreshments and wellness-based activities such as Zumba and yoga.
University College and the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will host ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's Diversity and Scholarship Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 6, at the ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø Hotel and Conference Center.

¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
