¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø School of Fashion to Induct Shoe Design Icon Donald J Pliner Into Hall of Fame

In April 2025, the iconic designer will be recognized as the 2025 inductee of ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø’s School of Fashion Hall of Fame, which Pliner considers the highest honor of his life. Joining Pliner at his induction ceremony will be his wife, muse and design partner, Lisa, who has been by his side for the past 28 years.

Student Is Now the Teacher

Tatee Sakr's path to success in the fashion world started at ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø. As a 19-year-old immigrant to the U.S., Sakr chose ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø because it was close to her new home in Cleveland and had a reputable fashion design program. Now an industry professional, she is giving back as a key faculty member.
