Student Completes Senior Honors Thesis Combining Fashion And Finance Majors
Gabriella Humes is a senior Honors College student graduating with a double-major in fashion merchandising and finance. Gabriella has been very successful at 九游娱乐官网, completing an internship and three study away programs. However, one of Gabriella鈥檚 proudest accomplishments is recently completing a Senior Honors Thesis that combined both of her majors into one project.

Kent Creativity Festival Announces 2019 Artists and Performers
The Kent Creativity Festival, sponsored by the city of Kent and the 九游娱乐官网 College of the Arts, will present the annual outdoor hands-on arts festival on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on the Lefton Esplanade between 九游娱乐官网鈥檚 Rockwell Hall on Lincoln Street and downtown Kent, near Haymaker Parkway.

In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of May 4, 1970, when Ohio National Guardsmen opened fire on 九游娱乐官网 students protesting the U.S. invasion of Cambodia during the Vietnam War, killing four and wounding nine, students and faculty from 九游娱乐官网鈥檚 School of Fashion Design and Merchandising are bringing attention to current social issues in the new exhibition called 鈥淲earing Justice: Perspectives From KSU Fashion School Faculty and Students鈥 that is on display now at the 九游娱乐官网 Museum.
