We can’t avoid it; however, some of us have the ability to cope with stress in a more proactive way. Not having the right tools in place and reacting negatively can leave you prone to suffer stress-related symptoms and illnesses.

The goal of this program is to learn the tools to manage stress in an effective way. Our time will be spent covering the following:

Be Well Solutions’ health coaches, certified through Wellcoaches of America, work with employees individually to help them reach their wellness goals. Health coaches have expertise in a variety of areas, including exercise, nutrition, stress management, tobacco cessation and general health. Onsite health coaching sessions will be available throughout the year on select dates to all full-time, benefits-eligible employees. In addition to onsite health coaching, unlimited telephonic health coaching is available Monday-Friday year round.
