
The first Biennial Alumni Exhibition opened on Jan. 17 and will be on display through Feb. 21 in the Center for the Visual Arts Payto and Crawford Galleries.

Open to ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø School of Art graduates from Art History, Art Education, Studio Art program, the exhibit received 315 submissions and was narrowed down to a selection of 35 pieces, including drawing, painting, printmaking, weaving, video, jewelry, sculpture, ceramics and other media.

The juror for the exhibit was Wendy Earle, curator at the Akron Art Museum. She said that the craftsmanship and artistic techniques displayed in the artworks is a strong representation of the quality of education within ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's School of Art.
