IN A FLASH: An Oath of Passage

Sophomores in ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program took an oath and received white coats in a ritual that sets a standard for healthcare professionals.

These ceremonies, taking place in January at ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's Geauga, Salem, Stark, Trumbull and Kent campuses, were ¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's first White Coat Ceremonies for BSN nursing ntudents.

Following the ceremonies, which also included a blessing of hands, the nursing students can begin their clinicals and work in the field.

¾ÅÓÎÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø nursing students read an oath at the university's first White Coat Ceremonies.
